VENTURE.GE reserves the right to deny service to any member or prospective member at any time if they violate the Terms of Service. PLEASE NOTE: VENTURE.GE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

 

All VENTURE.GE members must abide by the following rules in connection with use of the VENTURE.GE services:
  • You agree to post only business contents that relate to the subject matter of VENTURE.GE.
  • You agree not to post messages that contain material that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or indecent. This includes any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. You agree to give attribution to others when you quote or paraphrase materials owned by others, and to limit your quotations to no more than 50 words.

VENTURE.GE provides a venue through which people may exchange ideas and gather information. We do not pre-screen or monitor any information before it is posted. Therefore, VENTURE.GE makes no guarantee that the Site, the Materials, and the Information will always be accurate, or will meet your expectation. You acknowledge and agree that VENTURE.GE has the right, but not the obligation, to remove any information from the Site for any reason whatsoever, without notice to you. VENTURE.GE also provides services to review the business plan. Please note that our service only includes a review of your business plan for completeness. We do not review your business plan for business consultation nor do we provide any business advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or other professional advice. At no time do we function as a consultant.

 

VENTURE.GE may provide third-party service directory listings and third-party referral services. VENTURE.GE takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any type of relationship between you and these third parties.

 

EACH USER OF THIS SYSTEM ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF THE MATERIALS.
